Hazards of the approach and what we do to make it safe

Invasive species, including microbes are extremely serious and can destroy the natural environment

Violation of state and federal regulations are punishable by significant fines and the possibility of jail time.

-->For this reason we only use plants recognized as noninvasive by the USDA. Our commercial growers follow best management practices during early cultivation; plants are then cleaned to 'roots and shoots' prior to delivery.

Compliance with wetland regulations imperative. Failure to comply punishable by extensive fines and the possibility of jail time.

-->Depending on the jurisdiction your watershed is located in, additional permitting or other authorizations may be required before floats may be installed. Our team of experts is available for hourly consulting in some jurisdictions. Contact our sales team for more information.

Removal of floats required at the end of the growing season.

-->If floats are not removed, the plants will die and breakdown, and all the nutrients they took out of the water will go back into the water and sediment. Its the equivalent of emptying your vacuum back on the rug you just cleaned.
